Anyone under the age of 18 years must be with a responsible adult for the duration of their stay.
Persons, and businesses, selling firearms within the show’s domain must comply with all Laws pertaining to gun sales.
Signs, symbols, messages, or anything projecting hate is at the discretion of the show operator, and the person(s), vendor(s), business(es) will be asked to cease the projection of such signs, symbols, messages, or anything that could be mistaken for projecting hate. If the subject is not compliant after a polite warning, they will be asked to leave the gun show premises.
Alcohol and drugs are not allowed inside of the ‘gun show’ premises, and violators will be subject to local, state, and federal laws.
Firearms and weapons must be disabled, where they cannot be used or fired. Firearms cannot leave doubt to if they can be loaded. Firearms must have a ‘zip’ tie running through the action to show visible confirmation that the weapon cannot be fired. Magazines must also be removed if removable.
Persons and businesses involved in the sale of self-reloaded or self-manufactured ammunition must have a Type 6 FFL License.
Persons and businesses selling firearms as a ‘vendor’ in the ‘gun show’ must have at least a Type 1, Type 2 or Type 7 FFL License. Vendors not selling firearms or selling firearms from a personal collection do not need a FFL License.
